Here’s yet another pasta dish, but this time with shrimp. The sauce is very similar to the one that I made with the brussels sprouts (see previous blog entry). But I put a bit more parmesan cheese and garlic to pair well with the taste of shrimp. I also put some white wine in the sauce and also heated up in the skillet with the garlic, which melded the flavors beautifully. I topped it off with half a cup of chopped fresh fragrant basil. It turned out quite delicioso!
